Dear John,

Each year, the Fraser Institute completes its mining survey – the most comprehensive report on government policies that either encourage or discourage mining investment.

This year's survey finds that Saskatchewan remains not only the top choice in Canada, but second overall globally.

The report ranks 84 jurisdictions around the world based on their geologic attractiveness (minerals and metals) and government policies that encourage or discourage exploration and investment.

Yukon and Quebec also crack the top ten – see the full results here [[link removed]]!

Sincerely,

Niels Veldhuis
