ASBN and the business organizations it represents strongly support the Securities & Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) proposed rule to enhance and standardize registrants’ climate-related disclosures for investors.  ASBN will also be submitting an official comment to the SEC with input from the ESG & Corporate Transparency Working Group that will be submitted by the deadline of May 20th. We encourage all stakeholders to sign on to support these rules using the sign on letter below. There is a space to include any additional comments in addition to the message in support.
