Milwaukee— The Badger Institute team continues to grow with the hiring of Jacob Martin as marketing and media coordinator. Martin will expand the Badger Institute’s social media engagement, improve user friendliness of the website and grow the institute’s reach throughout the Badger State.

“Jacob brings a diverse array of skills and experience to our team,” said Mike Nichols, president of the Badger Institute. “We produce a lot of content in terms of research and reporting; Jacob will ensure that it gets in front of the policy-makers, thought leaders and residents who will most benefit from our work.”

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Martin has degrees in political science and legal studies. He previously worked as press assistant for the Republican Party of Wisconsin and legislative assistant in the Wisconsin State Assembly for Rep. Todd Novak (R-Dodgeville).
