John,
Republican legislatures across the United States are moving fast to make voting harder. In most instances, they want to suppress voters of color in places like North Carolina. But for years, Valerie has been on the front lines, fighting back against Republicans and protecting the right to vote in North Carolina.
Now, she is ready to make history by taking this fight to the next level in Congress, where she’ll continue to fight for national voting rights. Will you help elect a voting rights champion, like Valerie, to Congress by pitching in $5, $10, or whatever you can today?

Voting is a sacred tool that lies at the very bedrock of our democracy. When more people vote, we are able to accomplish amazing things. Let’s be real: Judge Kentaji Brown Jackson’s confirmation would not have happened were it not for Georgians voting for Senators Ossoff and Rev. Warnock. Elections have great consequences. Republicans know this. That is why they are trying to grab power by making it so fewer people can vote.
If elected to Congress, Valerie will join the fight to expand and protect voting rights by pushing for the passage of the John Lewis Voting Rights Act and the For the People Act, two landmark bills to protect voters across North Carolina and the whole country. So John, please, help us make history by helping to elect the first Black woman from NC-04 and contribute what you can today.
