BREAKING NEWS OUT OF IOWA: In the dead of night, a judge sided with national Republicans' meritless attempts to kick Democrat Abby Finkenauer off the ballot in her campaign against vulnerable incumbent Sen. Chuck Grassley (R). 

This is the second time Washington Republicans have made desperate and anti-democratic moves to have Abby removed from the ballot – and it's because Sen. Chuck Grassley has never been more vulnerable. He's facing RECORD-LOW approval in Iowa, and a mere 27% of likely Iowa voters said they wanted to reelect him.

Abby can win, and if she does, Democrats are virtually guaranteed to hold the Senate majority. We’re going to FIGHT BACK hard against this partisan attack, and to ensure the voices of Iowans are heard at the ballot box.
