- Launched a sweeping class action challenge against Brookside, Alabama’s predatory roadside shakedown scheme.




- Partnered with an innocent New York woman to vindicate the fundamental principle that no one should have their life savings seized by government without getting their day in court.




- Made it easier for transportation entrepreneurs to open taxi or other ride-sharing businesses in Watertown, South Dakota—just by threatening to deploy our litigation arsenal.



These successes join hundreds of other incremental changes IJ has initiated to build a momentum that is undeniable. That momentum has shaped the rule of law and expanded freedom for families, aspiring entrepreneurs, property owners, and countless others who have broken the shackles of government overreach to achieve their dreams.
