Gun violence has become such a big part of our lives, invading the places where we work and play, our schools, and our places of worship. All the way back in 2001 I was fighting for gun violence prevention as a private citizen when I marched with the Million Mom March and we were still fighting in 2018 at the March for Our Lives.
