Talk about a conflict of interest. Explosive new reports show that Justice Clarence Thomas' wife, Ginni, a federal government official, played a HUGE role in plotting and executing the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. 

That's not all. When Donald Trump tried to block the Jan. 6 House committee from accessing his official records, Justice Thomas was the ONLY dissenting vote.

Now, with the release of Ginni's text messages pressuring Trump's chief of staff, Mark Meadows, to overturn the 2020 election results, things aren't looking so great for Justice Thomas.

This is unethical and just WRONG. We think it's time for Justice Thomas to recuse himself from all Jan. 6- related Supreme Court cases. But we need to know what top Democrats like you think. Our poll closes at midnight tonight, and we're still missing your response, friend:
