Donald Trump just wrapped up his rally in North Carolina with Madison Cawthorn and their hand-picked candidate in this race, Ted Budd.

And he took aim at our campaign, saying:

“We will crush the radical Democrat nominee in November.”

This rally was exactly the kind of far-right foolishness that you’d expect.

Trump, Cawthorn and Budd are in lock-step. They share an extreme and dangerous vision for our country that would hurt our families and take us backward.

And they know the road to passing their agenda starts with winning this seat and the Senate majority. That’s why Trump is making North Carolina a top priority, and the super PACs run by his corporate and special interest cronies are taking note.

They will spend and say whatever it takes to try to defeat us, so it’s urgent that we come together right now:
