[2.] Louis DeJoy prioritized major funding cuts to undermine vote-by-mail and destroy the postal service before the 2020 election. 

[3.] But Democrats can’t save the USPS from Louis DeJoy’s awful leadership until President Biden’s appointees get a Senate confirmation hearing.
