First: I made history as New York’s first woman Governor and promised a new era of transparency, collaboration, and delivering results for New Yorkers.

Then: Immediately, we got to work fighting for New York’s workers and families — expanding vaccination efforts to tackle the spread of COVID-19 and establishing New York as a safe harbor for those seeking abortion care nationwide. And I gave renters, small-business owners, and landlords much needed direct relief due to the economic impact of the pandemic.
