The scandal-plagued and federally-indicted Republican AG is headed to a runoff in late May against primary challenger George P. Bush, and will face a competitive race if he’s able to fight his way to the general election. While in office, AG Paxton has advocated for restrictive voter laws, attacked the rights of trans kids and their families, and fought to overturn the votes of millions of people in an effort to reinstate Donald Trump as president for a second term. We need to take advantage of our chance to get him out of office in just a few short months.
