KBJ Confirmed to the Supreme Court
Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was confirmed by a vote of 53-47 to be the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.

Her record of judicial activism and contempt for the Constitution should have disqualified her from the position. But now the radical Left has another reliable vote in their corner who will toe the party line instead of evaluating each case on its own merits.
That’s why Heritage Action key voted against the legislation <[link removed]>. Senators who voted to confirm Jackson will see it reflected in their scores.

Jackson's confirmation to the Supreme Court should remind all of us the importance of the institution and the Left’s end-game when it comes to the highest court in the land.

The same groups who lobbied the hardest for Jackson’s nomination –– groups like Demand Justice <[link removed]> –– openly want to expand and pack the Court with Leftist ideologues. Already, Left-wing activists are pressuring Congress to add four new seats to the court and confirm more Activist Justices like Ketanji Brown Jackson.

We must, and we will, do everything we can to prevent the Left from destroying the Supreme Court. But we need your help!

Biden’s Energy Crisis
As gasoline continues to reach prices not seen since the Obama administration, Joe Biden and his Leftist allies in Congress are doing nothing to alleviate the pain.

COVID Package Represents the Worst of Washington
This week, Democrats in the House passed a $55 BILLION Covid relief bill (H.R. 3807) that would provide $42 billion for restaurant relief and $13 billion for other “hard hit” industries.

Here’s what’s wrong with the bill:



- Congress has already spent trillions of dollars worth on Covid relief. Even more spending will continue to drive up inflation and the national debt.
- The Covid emergency should be over <[link removed]>. The Left should spend their time tackling problems that matter to the American people instead of looking back in the rear-view mirror.
- Democrats are trying to have their cake and eat it too. While Congress is passing additional Covid relief, Biden announced an end to Title 42 –– a Covid-related public health measure at the border. It’s hypocrisy at the finest.

“It really is a woke world after all”
From Disney to Apple, woke corporations are funding the fight against parental rights and pro-child bills in states nationwide.

Here’s what’s happening:



- In response to legislation like Florida’s Parental Rights in Education <[link removed]> bill, woke corporations are targeting pro-parent and pro-child laws
- After a pressure campaign from radical Leftists, Disney recently stated its "goal as a company is for this law to be repealed by the legislature or struck down in the courts."
- According to reports <[link removed]>, Apple has used its corporate lobbyists to oppose these laws in at least nine states



All of this corporate pressure by trillion-dollar behemoths is in response to laws that ban sexualized instruction to young children. It shouldn’t be controversial, but the radical Left has infiltrated corporate America.

It’s time to take these woke corporations to task and make it clear that their abhorrent agendas aren't welcome — and that no amount of intimidation is going to make parents back down.

Senators and Congressmen have Left Washington and returned home for the Easter recess. Be on the lookout for events back home with constituents. In an election year, they will be looking to get face time with voters, and this is an opportunity for relationship building.
