Fellow Patriot,

Everything we cherish as Americans is under threat from the radical left. They are on the march in our schools, our corporations, our media, our professional sports, and our politics- everywhere you look in American life.

Sadly, even iconic, beloved, family-focused brands like The Walt Disney Company aren't safe from this corrosive hard-left ideology seeping into every facet of American society. All of us, and especially parents, must always be vigilant against radical gender ideology and political propaganda.

Case in point: Disney executives have abandoned their custodial charge to provide and promote family friendly entertainment by surreptitiously inserting woke political views into Disney programming and in their corporate culture.

In fact, their own employees have exposed Disney’s radical and pernicious agenda of woke indoctrination, such as “adding queerness,” into its children's programming. And Disney employees who wish to work free of political pressure, or who disagree with this radical hard-left ideology are apparently silenced or marginalized.  

Most overtly- Disney CEO Bob Chapek has even attacked Florida’s new Parental Rights in Education law, which reinforces the right of Floridians to make educational decisions for their children and the right to send their children to school without fear of sexualization or political indoctrination.

The decision of The Walt Disney Corporation to promote the introduction of age-inappropriate sexual material in kindergarten classrooms, including radical gender ideology, and to fight the democratically-elected government of Florida in order to achieve this end, jeopardizes the financial future of the company and its shareholders in service of an extreme political agenda.

This is wrong and America First Legal is fighting back. 

This week, my team at America First Legal put The Walt Disney Company Board of Directors on notice [[link removed]]that America’s families reject Disney’s woke agenda. We sent a letter to Disney’s Chairman of the Board [[link removed]], reminding her of their fiduciary obligation to shareholders and oversight duty.
