History has been made: for the first time, a Black woman will sit on the highest court in the land.
Justice Jackson is the accomplished, compassionate voice we desperately need on the Supreme Court. For decades to come, we can count on her thoughtful, responsible SCOTUS decisions to influence our nation for the better.
And, let's not forget, her appointment would likely have been impossible without our Senate majority — which is the result of years of hard work from women like Stacey Abrams and other dedicated women of color.
