From the very beginning of this public health crisis, local organizations
have stepped up to provide collective care and mutual aid, and meet the
challenges facing our communities.

Throughout the pandemic, I’ve had the honor to join some of these
incredible, community-based organizations, including the East Boston
Community Soup Kitchen.

The East Boston Community Soup Kitchen is a go-to destination for those in
need of nourishment and community. The kitchen is open every Tuesday,
providing free and nutritious meals, and a sense of belonging for those
experiencing hunger and homelessness — two crises exacerbated by this
pandemic. And the kitchen needs our continued support.

people in East Boston and across our district continue to experience food
insecurity, unsure of where their next meal will come from. Can you make a
