For the *first time* in almost a decade, the Supreme Court is hearing a case on gun safety. Oral arguments will be heard on the morning of Dec 2nd in the case of New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. City of New York.
The NRA wants the Supreme Court to roll back progress on gun safety laws that activists have been working hard for years to accomplish. In a historical move, nine students's stories of growing up in a world of gun violence were presented to the Supreme Court in the March For Our Lives amicus brief.
