I know, I know – it’s a pretty good one! But while I’m on the topic of 2’s and 4’s, I want to talk to you about the May 24th Primary Election here in Arkansas. It’s coming up fast and my campaign needs to be prepared for its first real test ahead of the general election.

Look folks, as big of a fan as I am of dad jokes – the challenges our campaign will face down the road are no laughing matter.

With your support, we’ll win this primary election. But then, we’ll be up against Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her $13 million from Radical Right super PACs and special interest groups.

And believe me when I say we’re going to see that number grow exponentially from now until November.

In the past, you’ve shown me and my campaign that this people-powered movement is a force to be reckoned with. Every fundraising goal, petition, and call to action – you showed up to help us get it done.

Now, I need your help if we want any chance at living up to the Promise of Arkansas by bridging the rural-urban divide, lowering prescription drug prices, investing in universal Pre-K, and more.

Winning the primary, and then again in November, is going to take all of us.
