Our legal challenges will continue to shine a spotlight on the culture of corruption that permeates the Trump administration.

Dear Friend,

As you may know, a week ago we joined brave plaintiffs, co-litigators, partner organizations, and thousands of activists and allies at the U.S. Supreme Court to challenge Trump’s unlawful termination of DACA.

In the days following oral arguments, there’s been LOTS of speculation from reporters and other experts about what they think the justices will decide. However, as we’ve seen time and again, the forecasters often get the ruling wrong.

To help folks understand what we should all keep in mind in the lead-up to a ruling by the Court next year, we produced an explainer video with key takeaways.

Take a look at the video to learn more about what to keep in mind from last week >>>

Bottom line: regardless of how the Court rules next year, we’ll always fight for advancing the rights and recognition of our communities. That’s why it’s important that we stand alongside the immigrant youth who are leading the charge for justice for all.

That includes people like Martín, the named plaintiff in our case, whose leadership is highlighted in this op-ed for Ms. magazine by our executive director, Marielena Hincapié. Read the op-ed here >>>

Friend, while the oral arguments have concluded and the Supreme Court is still deliberating on our case, it’s still on all of us to ensure that the public remains aware of the crucial importance of DACA for impacted immigrant youth, and our communities as a whole. Once you’ve read Marielena’s op-ed, be sure to share it on social media. You can share it on Facebook by clicking here.

Thank you for all that you do.
