There is an unbelievable crisis at our border that everyone, except President Biden sees. But before you say “it couldn’t be worse,” just wait, because they are trying to make it worse. Biden wants to drop the last Trump-era restriction left on immigration during the pandemic by canceling the “Title 42” restrictions on entry into the country. Title 42 is the section of US law that allows the Executive to take action to protect the nation in a time of national emergency connected to a health crisis. Biden now wants to keep all covid restrictions in place across the country, except at the southern border.

I'm fighting alongside the National Border Patrol Council officers, who are defending our border every day. We are not going to stop fighting to secure our border. Brandon and his officers are standing with me as we work to stop the chaos at the border. Here's what Brandon had to say:

Biden says the pandemic is over at the border. But he is still firing members of the military with no vaccine; he is asking for $10 billion for new Covid relief money; and we are still wearing masks on planes based on his rule. This week, I successfully blocked Biden’s legislation by building a coalition of people on both sides of the aisle who agreed to vote with me to stop Biden’s Title 42 changes in the law.

I will keep fighting for the right thing the right way. We will win this fight to protect our nation.
