John,
Why I'm running for Governor is simple: It's time to get past the politics of division and focus on making real, meaningful progress for families across our state.
Honestly, it's humbling to realize just how many people believe in what I'm running for. I hope I can count on your support -- please chip in and join my team to support real progress for Oregon.

I'm not running for Governor just because I want to do things. I'm running for Governor because as a leader, I've realized we can only "get things done" if we work together.
Another thing about me? I'm not an either/or person. I'm a both/and person. Take a look at the housing crisis. People are unhoused right now -- and it's on each of us to solve this challenge right now. Everyone has the right to live somewhere with security and dignity.
But while short-term fixes are important they are ultimately insufficient. We also need long term solutions.
This year alone, I led the fight in the legislature to pass the largest housing investment ever for the state's two-year budget -- $765 million statewide to build more affordable housing, preserve existing affordable housing, and more. Throughout my entire time in public service, I've fought to expand housing options. I don't plan on stopping that fight any time soon.
I need your help this month so we can kick this campaign into high gear -- because this is the campaign that's willing to work together in order to reckon with the legacies of injustice and inequality. This is the campaign where everyone has a place, where nobody will get left behind.
Let's do this -- please chip in $5 or whatever you can so we can keep our campaign in a strong spot. We're in a busy primary, but I believe in our power together.
