Dear John,
Since the disturbing revelations came out about Ginni Thomas’ text messages, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has so far refused to recuse himself from election-related cases.
Our champions in Congress, including Jared Huffman (D-CA) who co-chairs the Congressional Freethought Caucus have already heard enough. “I am surprised that anyone thinks asking him politely to recuse himself in the future is an adequate response, based on everything we know,” Huffman told reporters last week.
As Congress considers what actions to take, we’re still hoping to get your input. Will you share your thoughts?
Do you think Justice Clarence Thomas knew about his wife’s efforts to help overturn the election results?

Thank you for your response.
