Since the Biden Administration and Secretary Mayorkas are refusing to enforce our immigration laws, the only mechanism actually doing anything to restrict illegal border crossings is a provision called Title 42.
Title 42 is the pandemic-related regulation that allows our border officials to expel illegal immigrants based on public health concerns. The CDC has stated that it is going to allow the regulation to expire.

It’s quite simple: either you support wide Open Borders or you don’t. If you oppose Open Borders, then you will vote to keep enforcing Title 42.
