Here’s the truth: States don’t get more competitive than North Carolina. And Trump knows that, too. That’s why he’s visiting this week to rally his right-wing base. 

You see, all of the progress we’ve made on behalf of North Carolina families is on the line this November and beyond. If given the chance, Trump and his GOP allies will surely do, and spend, whatever it takes to undo all of our progress.

So we must be prepared to fight back. Democrats across the country and right here in North Carolina are gearing up for a tough election battle this November. That’s just how it goes when there’s a Democrat in the White House and the Governor’s mansion.
