BREAKING: Ketanji Brown Jackson confirmed by Senate as first Black woman on US Supreme Court

John,

Earlier today, the Senate voted to confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. This is a historic moment – Judge Jackson is the first Black woman appointed to the Supreme Court, bringing the Court a step closer to reflecting our nation's diversity.

Throughout her career, Judge Jackson has shown a strong commitment to equal justice under the law. And during her confirmation hearings, Judge Jackson proved that she will continue that commitment as a Justice and make historic contributions to the Court.

With the Supreme Court considering cases that could overturn Roe v. Wade, roll back voting rights, and so much more, Judge Jackson's confirmation couldn't come at a more important time. Kim knows that Judge Jackson is eminently qualified to succeed Justice Stephen Breyer and applauds this historic confirmation.

Will you add your name to join Kim in congratulating Ketanji Brown Jackson on her historic confirmation to the Supreme Court?

Thanks,

Team Schrier

To hold the House majority, we must re-elect Rep. Kim Schrier in WA-08. Will you chip in to protect Kim's seat and the Democratic House majority in 2022?
