[1]Charles Booker
This is huge.
Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson was just confirmed to the Supreme Court —
making her the FIRST Black woman to join the highest court in our
country.
It’s a huge leap forward in making sure our courts and offices are led by
folks who will fight for the change our communities urgently need. We’re
thrilled — but it’s important to remember that this confirmation wasn’t a
guarantee.

But with your help, we can make sure this is Rand’s last year in the U.S.
Senate. [ [link removed] ]Will you chip in $5 or anything you can to show
Rand that a grassroots movement is rising up to take him out of office and
elect the first Black Senator to represent Kentucky?

Look: We
don't need any more leaders who use hatred and division to distract from
the fact that they're not helping us. We need leaders who will recognize
our common bonds and fight for change. We know that a different type of
politics is possible — and it’s what Charles and our movement is fighting
for.
We’re fighting for politics and leadership rooted in love, justice, unity,
and compassion. We’re fighting for a future where every voice is heard and
people have enough to pay their bills, put food on their tables, and have
a safe place to live.
And Charles is ready to take on this fight. But he can’t do it alone. It’s
going to take significant resources and ALL of us working together to
defeat a heavily funded incumbent like Rand Paul — so we have to ask one
more time:
[ [link removed] ]Will you make a $5 donation to our campaign and help us
end this chapter of failed leadership? Together, we can create a new kind
of politics that’s rooted in love and compassion. Thank you.
In solidarity,
Team Booker
