Yesterday, the Supreme Court issued a ruling that radically limited the Clean Water Act.
It’s not the first time the right-wing majority has undermined basic safety standards. In January, they blocked the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s vaccine-or-testing mandate, which was estimated to save a quarter-million lives.
With this Supreme Court, there’s no telling what safety protections could be on the chopping block next.

Republicans have been trying to gut regulatory agencies for decades. Now, with the Supreme Court’s right-wing majority solidly in place, they have their best chance yet.

This agenda is anti-worker, anti-consumer, and anti-environment. The only thing it’s good for is corporate profits.
