A Twin Cities Liberal just announced she is running against Pete in the election!

In a very telling start, Jennifer Schultz announced her campaign in a press conference in the Twin Cities. Let's be clear: Rep. Schultz is a Twin Cities liberal in Duluth clothing.

Schultz, like other metro liberals, has no interest in actually representing the people she's running for. Her announcement alone shows how disconnected she is from the people in District 8. At a press conference surrounded by some of the most socialist members of the Legislature, Rep. Schultz took aim at Pete.

• FACT: Rep. Schultz voted to disarm and defund our police officers
• FACT: Rep. Schultz led the charge to cut $68 million from nursing homes in a time when our most vulnerable needed it most

• FACT: Rep. Schultz is supporting a complete government takeover of healthcare that will lead to even higher costs for working families
• FACT: Rep. Schultz has repeatedly voted for anti-mining legislation
