Yesterday, the Biden Administration along with our EU allies expanded sanctions against Putin, his family, and a number of Russian companies that are pumping dollars into fueling his war crimes. Florida's Retirement System has a $122 MILLION dollar holding in one of those companies. ( receipts [[link removed]] )

Florida retiree pensions should not be used to fuel the war in Ukraine and support Putin's war crimes . I have been calling for divestment of our assets in the same way way we have divested from Cuba and Venezuela, responsibly to our shareholders, but at the same time ensuring that NO NEW money gets pumped into the Russian economy.

This is crazy to me that while 30+ other states, the federal government, and free people across the world have rallied to support Ukraine, Florida's GOP REFUSES to act . This shouldn't be partisan or hard, it's time.
