The Actors Fund

April mini proposal

Give Monthly

Dear John,

Nationwide, the number of seniors in America is expected to jump from 54.1 million in 2019 to 80.8 million by 2040.

In addition, the needs of elderly members of the performing arts and entertainment community continue to increase. To expand our vital services for seniors at The Actors Fund, we are launching a special Seniors Safety Net Campaign.

And our trusted friends at Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS have generously offered a special matching gift of $200,000 to support this critical campaign! That means your gift today will DOUBLE to help twice as many seniors.

Elderly and retired members of our community are especially vulnerable. The episodic nature of a long career in the arts can mean they’ve had little opportunity to save for their later years. They are relying on us—and we are relying on your generosity today.

So please, help us reach our $200,000 goal by April 15 and make a donation to support the seniors in our performing arts and entertainment family.

Your generosity will show our community’s seniors they can always turn to The Actors Fund for help...and to you!

With gratitude,

Joe Benincasa Headshot
