The Biden administration continues to flex its executive powers in the face of
science and common-sense policy. 

 

Covid-19 cases are dropping, and the science has shown masks are no longer
essential for everyone. Despite that, the Biden administration has extended its
public transportation mask mandate another month.

 

Kansas Attorney General, Derek Schmidt, has joined 19 other states in a
federal lawsuit to end the mask mandate.
