Attention REC Members & Friends! Reaching out to young people, especially in underserved areas, to share our perspective on key issues in our country is critical. We are so fortunate to have the annual Turning Point USA Student Action Summit right here in West Palm Beach in December.
Our Hispanic 2020 Committee would like to sponsor scholarships for at least 10 youth from underserved areas to attend this important Summit. In order to do that, we are asking REC members and friends to contribute to this important goal. WhileTurning Point cannot accept monies from a political party, it has agreed to more than match our total donation to ensure that all of our youth are able to attend. Each scholarship is $1,000.

The Republican Federated Women of South Florida are thrilled to announce that Palm Beach County's State Committeeman, Joe Budd, will be the guest speaker at our November 21 meeting. As our State Committeeman, Joe represents Palm Beach County at the Republican Party of Florida. He is the founder of Club 45, an independent club of supporters of President Donald Trump, and the largest Trump club in Florida. Club 45 has come to the attention of President Trump, who mentioned it in one of his tweets. Joe is an investment adviser. He is married to Sherry and is a proud father and grandfather.
As we usually do in November, we will be honoring our veterans at our meeting and thank them for their service to our country.
A reminder that we are now accepting 2020 membership dues. You can pay your dues on Eventbrite along with your dinner reservation. Annual dues are as follows:
- $30 for regular members
- $25 for associate members (women who are regular members of another Federated club and men)
- $125 for stiletto members (includes a free dinner meeting and a surprise gift)

Candidate for Palm Beach County Sheriff
Mr. Diaz has 34 years of Law Enforcement experience of which 27 were spent at the Palm Beach Sheriff Office. During the Career with the PBSO Mr. Diaz has held positions such as Captain of the Organized Crime Division, Captain of Training, Captain of the Law Enforcement Division and Captain of Operations and 911 Coordinator. Mr. Diaz has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Mr. Diaz will discuss some of the pressing issues related to law enforcement in our county and his plan resolving them; there will be a brief Question and Answer session to follow.
Christian Acosta
Congressional Candidate District 21
Christian Acosta is a nuclear engineer with 12 years of experience and currently teaches electric power technology a Palm Beach State College. He is proud to have been born into a military family, with a father who grew up in Puerto Rico, and a mother who grew up in Argentina. He attended Omni Middle School in Boca Raton and Atlantic Highschool in Delray Beach before going to the University of Florida to earn his degrees. Christian and his wife, Rachel, are residents of Boynton Beach and are expecting their first child in January.

SECOND AMENDMENT COALITION NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER MEETINGS
There will be two general meetings in each month.
Our usual meeting held on the second Monday of each month that precedes the Club 45 USA is for now being held at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport Hotel on the third Monday of the month. This meeting is now a Meet and Greet/recruitment get-together. At this informal meeting we will discuss current events and introduce the Second Amendment Coalition of Florida and the NRA to early arrivals for the Club 45 USA meeting.
A second formal meeting, will be held at the Hurricane Dockside Grill in Lake Worth on the third Thursday of each month, at 6:00pm for socializing. Business meeting starts at 7:00pm
Dates for these next two meetings will be November 21st for the Hurricane Dockside Grillmeeting and December 16th for the Club 45 USA Airport Hilton Hotel meeting.

At this meeting the USCCA representative will give a presentation. The USCCA is dedicated to providing the legal protection, education and training you need to protect you and your family.
Also at this meeting we will be approving a revised version of our SACFLA By Laws.
Dean Walter will give a short presentation on "What's in a Name" which is the history of the Assault Rifle. Which includes the AR and other multi fire weapons as far back as 1791.
He will also show a comparison of "Human Rights" as defined by top socialist's constitutions and our US Constitution.

Marc Goldman is a successful businessman who is dedicated to promoting Jewish causes, Marc will be sharing his vast business knowledge and his personal analysis of the Republican Party's direction under President Trump and the future. Since 1999, Marc has studied with and is on the advisory board of the Jerusalem based Aish HaTorah and is a board member of the Republican Jewish Coalition. He was appointed by President Bush to the U.S. Holocaust Museum Council and is a recipient of the First Annual Crains New York Business All Stars, Who's Who in Sales and Marketing, Who's Who in the East 1989-90, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and the 2016 King David Award by The Jewish Heritage Commission.
Eric Golub is a long-time friend of the Tea Party. He is a Brooklyn born, Long Island raised satirist. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Judaism, and his MBA from USC. He has been a stockbrokerage professional since 1994. He blogs about politics Monday through Friday and about football and other human interest items on weekends.

Jarrett was born and raised in Los Angeles and was a trial lawyer for several years in San Francisco. Jarrett is a solid supporter on President Trump. He states that "The clown show known as an "impeachment inquiry" is getting more comical and hapless by the day. Consider the latest remark from the circus master himself, California Rep. Adam Schiff (think Bozo, not Pennywise). The Democratic chairman of the House Intelligence Committee says he doesn't want Republicans turning the impeachment proceedings into a "sham." The hilarious irony is lost on no one. Schiff has already managed to accomplish it all on his own."
