Tailored supports for youth workers in celebration of World Health Day
Hello John,
I hope you're keeping well.
Today is World Health Day, and to mark the day we hosted our Time & Energy Management webinar with Nollaig O'Sullivan ([link removed]) , in which we explored supporting your own health and wellbeing.
If you couldn't make it, we’ve also developed our Wellbeing Hub ([link removed]) for those who work with young people. We've brought together these evidence based, tailored supports for you to access in one place, as and when you need them, free of charge.

You can access the hub content we've developed in partnership with experts in wellbeing, mindfulness and meditation to help you:
* support your own health and wellbeing
* revitalise and maintain your high performing work ethic through these turbulent times
* reignite your passion, spirit, and creativity for your work
* ... and much more!
If you have any questions about either of these resources please feel free to get in touch.
Kind regards,
Rachael
