Federal Student Loan Payments Won’t Resume Until At Least September <[link removed]> - Perpetual extensions are Biden’s way of squaring the circle on forgiveness. The radical left is kept at bay because students aren’t paying on their loans, without Biden incurring the political costs of student loan debt forgiveness—namely, that taxpayers would be on the hook for those loan balances. Taxpayers are, however, silently incurring the $5 billion in interest costs each month that the moratorium is in place. On inflation, there is a direct link.
