GOP House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy: “[Congresswoman Luria] and Democrats are using the power of the Federal Government to jail their political opponents and threaten the Attorney General.”

This is urgent, John: House Republicans are attacking Elaine for having the courage to urge Attorney General Merrick Garland to take more action on the January 6th cases.

They twisted Elaine’s words into a threat – claiming that she is using her power to jail political opponents and condemn AG Garland for not doing it fast enough.

The sad part is, Republicans are going to believe that this is true.

These are the types of attacks Republicans will be launching against Elaine until Election Day in order to flip her seat and replace her with a far-right Trump loyalist. McCarthy would like nothing more than to replace Elaine with his hand-picked candidate, Jen Kiggans.

This attack is sure to open the floodgates for the Fox News Misinformation Machine, so we’re counting on a big grassroots response today to fight back.
