* House Bill 188 [ [link removed] ], sponsored by Representative Brian E. Lampton and Representative Jon Cross, prohibits insurers from discriminating against living organ donor.
* House Bill 272 [ [link removed] ],?sponsored by Representative Phil Plummer and Representative Haraz N. Ghanbari, requires online marketplaces to verify certain information regarding high-volume third party sellers of consumer products on such online marketplaces and to disclose to consumers certain contact and other information regarding such high-volume third party sellers.
* House Bill 138 [ [link removed] ],?sponsored by Representative Brian Baldridge, modifies the laws governing services provided by emergency medical service (EMS) personnel and qualifications for serving as a medical director of an EMS organization.
* Senate Bill 47 [ [link removed] ],?sponsored by Senator Andrew O. Brenner and Senator Bob Peterson, excepts traveling to and from a worksite and performing certain routine tasks from the overtime pay requirement and to prohibit opt-out class actions for overtime violations.
