Republicans know that Wisconsin’s Senate race will be a dead heat, and if we flip this seat blue, we are virtually guaranteed to hold and expand the Senate majority.

Right now, Sarah is the only Democrat who’s beating Ron Johnson in the latest head-to-head poll, and she’s the only candidate who has won two statewide elections — making her one of the GOP’s top targets. Winning this race will require an unprecedented people-powered movement.

But first, let us tell you a little bit about why she ran for Senate in the first place.

Sarah is a fifth-generation Wisconsinite from Eau Claire, State Treasurer, working mom, daughter of two public school teachers, the product of a proud union home — and frankly, she couldn’t be more different than Ron Johnson.

Before she first ran for public office, Sarah led a bipartisan grassroots campaign to prevent Scott Walker from eliminating the State Treasurer’s office, a critical check and balance on our government. She stopped his power grab with 62% of the vote, which is a landslide victory in Wisconsin.

Then, Sarah ran for the office she saved and won her second statewide election by a larger margin than the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General — and even flipped nine Trump counties.

As Treasurer, Sarah has focused on finding commonsense solutions for working families. She lifted a GOP gag order on climate change, provided millions of dollars in relief to public schools during the pandemic, partnered with Governor Tony Evers to secure $92.7 million from the American Rescue Plan for people at risk of losing their homes, and is working on a bipartisan bill that would create retirement-like savings accounts for every child in Wisconsin.

Sarah didn’t get into public service for fame, money, or power. She got in the fight because too many politicians weren’t lifting a finger to make life easier for struggling families. Wisconsinites deserved to have someone fighting for their best interests, so she stepped up.

Now, she’s stepping up again to run for U.S. Senate and work to lower everyday costs for families, protect our democracy, defend reproductive freedom, bring down prescription drug costs, expand affordable childcare — and end the filibuster if that’s what it takes to get it all done.

Sarah will continue to be an advocate for working families in Washington, but in order to do that, she needs your grassroots support to build a campaign strong enough to take on Ron Johnson and flip this Senate seat. So, we’re asking:
