Dear Friend,

There’s a lot for you to look forward to at this year’s Homecoming! You don’t want to miss this
incredible spring weekend.

Scroll down and you’ll get a taste of what you’ll experience when you attend ISI’s second annual Homecoming weekend!

FRIDAY: CONSERVATIVE BOOK OF THE YEAR AWARD DINNER

You can hear from Dr. Hanson when he accepts his award at the Conservative Book of the Year Award Dinner on Friday, May 13th, at the Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware.

This award is well deserved. Dr. Hanson’s recent book The Dying Citizen: How Progressive Elites, Tribalism, and Globalization Are Destroying the Idea of America is brilliant and timely. If, like me, you’re concerned about declining patriotism and decaying social institutions in America, it’s a must-read.

SATURDAY MERIDIEM: REUNION LUNCHEONS

ISI will host exclusive luncheons for former and current Graduate Fellows; Honors Scholars and Society Leaders; and Collegiate Network Editors, Interns, and Fellows.

Each reunion lunch will feature a lecture from a featured panelist: New York Times columnist Ross Douthat, renowned history professor Susan Hanssen, and political philosopher Jason Hill, author of What do White Americans Owe Black People?

SATURDAY AFTERNOON: REUNION CONFERENCE

On Saturday Afternoon, get a taste of the serious and spirited discussion that characterizes all ISI events during a special reunion conference. You will hear from prominent conservative thinkers and leaders. Check out our all-star list of speakers and sessions!

Cap off Homecoming Weekend with an evening of fellowship with ISI alumni, faculty, friends, and students. During this Saturday evening reception, you will enjoy cocktails, dinner, and live music and dancing—not to mention the beauty of ISI’s bucolic campus, with its stunning views of a vast reservoir.

You'll also witness the progress of construction on the Linda L. Bean Conference Center, the hub of educational programming for students—and of events for faculty, alumni, and supporters!

Like I said, you don’t want to miss this! And remember, if you’re under 30, tickets are only $50! Make sure you register today.

I’ll see you May 13-14th in Wilmington, DE.

Sincerely,

Johnny Burtka
ISI President and CEO
