Rock the Vote

Hey John – it's Deirdre at Rock the Vote.

One of the most important things I work on at Rock the Vote is our Election Reminders program, which turns out voters more than 30 points above the national youth average.

Undeniable Impact of Election Reminders

Bar graph showing Youth Voter Turnout. In 2016, the Rock the Vote average was 81% and the national average was 39%. In 2018, the Rock the Vote average was 73% and the national average was 28%. In 2020, the Rock the Vote average was 85% and the national average was 50%.

Young voters are new voters, and we are committed to providing clear, accurate, and up-to-date election information to millions of young eligible voters free of charge. If everyone we send election reminders to gives $5 today, our annual budget will be covered!

We'll only ask once a year – can you chip in $5 to support this important program? Please help us keep this crucial program up and running. If you already gave in response to our text message last week, thank you for your support! If not, now is your chance!

Thank you for your commitment to our democracy and to the young people in our communities.

– Deirdre
