Dear Neighbor,
Every year, I invite students from across the 28th District to participate in the Congressional Art Competition – an exciting opportunity for young people to showcase their talent and creativity.
We rely on independent experts to decide the first, second, and third place winners of the competition. But, as you probably know by now, I happen to be a fan of democracy – so I like to do something special for the 28th District.
I want to invite you to weigh in on which piece of artwork you think ought to be crowned People's Choice for 2022. We received 99 submissions this year from 17 different schools. And I've got to say, I found every one of them remarkable. I think you will, too.
