Thank you from team Indivisible

Indivisibles,

Thank you.

Simply that -- thank you! Over the past few weeks, we have made a series of much-needed donation requests and you have responded incredibly.

As Ezra told you on March 24th, we made a decision to step back on our fundraising early in the month in the face of a mounting humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. But that left us in a hole. At the time of Ezra’s email, we were $77,158 under budget for the month. As of April 1st, we were fully funded.

You did that.

That money goes towards our ability to drive senators to support Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination. It helps us pressure the Biden administration to relieve the burden of student debt. It is the driving force in our ability to demand that Biden take action on climate. And, it allows us to create the type of infrastructure that helped push Title 42 over the edge of repeal -- ensuring we are treating Black and Brown asylum seekers with the care and respect they deserve.

So thank you. We don’t get to say it often enough. Thank you.

And, if you want to stay up to date on all of the programs that you have helped fund and the crucial work Indivisibles are doing to defend democracy across the country, text “INDIVISIBLE” to 59798 to opt-in to our text messaging program where we send rapid response actions a few times a month.

We look forward to the work to come and couldn’t ask for a better community of activists to work alongside.

In solidarity,
Indivisible Team

Indivisible Project is a locally-led, people-powered movement of thousands of local groups in red, blue, and purple states, and in urban, suburban, and rural areas. Our mission is to power and lift up a grassroots movement of local groups to defeat the Trump agenda, elect progressive leaders, and realize bold progressive policies.

Grassroots donations, not foundations or large gifts, are our single largest source of funding. That means we’re accountable to, and fueled by, Indivisibles on the ground. Chip in $7 to keep fueling our movement.
