We will introduce the Class of 2022 to the Emerge New Mexico network on May 6, 2022 at our annual Kickoff Reception. We hope that you will be there to help us welcome the Class of 2022!

Because Vice President Kamala Harris is the first woman to hold the office of Vice President. She is also the first woman of color, the first Black person, and the first South Asian person elected to this office.

Because six of the nine women Governors are Democrats, including NM's Governor.

Because women hold the majority in the NM's House of Representatives & 20 of them are Emerge alums.

Because we have an all-women City Council in Las Cruces, NM & 3 of the 6 women are Emerge alums.
