The Austin Arena Academy + Summit hosted in partnership with the Texas Democratic Party, Annie's List, and Texas Future Project will take place June 8-12.

The Academy + Summit will be a tremendous opportunity to learn from top-notch political professionals, network with other progressives, and maybe even land your next job.

Meet some of the trainers you'll learn from in Austin

Cayana Mackey is the Digital Director for Val Demings for Senate, an Arena Academy graduate, and savvy digital strategist who helped elect Senator Rev. Raphael Warnock and played a crucial role in Stacey Abrams' historic run for governor.

Dr. Kira Banks is the co-founder of the Institute for Healing Justice and Equity at Saint Louis University and a racial equity trainer.

Shripal Shah is an all-around comms maven and current Partner at LeftHook, an award-winning media and strategy company.

Canaan McCaslin is the Director of Programming for the Georgetown Institute of Politics, an Arena Academy graduate, and a skilled campaign manager.

Kate Catherall is the Chief Engagement Officer at Avalanche Strategies, Co-Founder of Arena, and one of the best trainers in progressive politics.

Ani Kelemdjian is the Deputy Director of Partner Success at Vote Rev, an Arena Academy grad, and a skilled campaigner.

Amy Chiou, is a Manager at Deloitte, has played a critical role in the execution of several Democratic National Conventions, and is a communications and paid media expert.
