We need to make more in America.

Ohioans have known that for years. We’ve felt firsthand the ramifications of factories closing and manufacturing jobs getting shipped overseas so corporations can pay workers lower wages. Now, the whole country feels it in the form of higher prices and long delays for products people need.

That’s why I’ve been fighting for years to invest in American manufacturing -- and we’re starting to see the results of those efforts. A new Intel factory is coming to Ohio that will create 10,000 good jobs, and jumpstart the critical semiconductor industry in our state.

Now, we all need to get on board with burying the term “rust belt” and revitalizing American manufacturing and investing in American workers.
