Earlier this month we told you about our campaign strategy to place hyper-targeted newspaper ads in key areas of our district that expose Ryan Zinke for being a fake Montanan — since he spends the majority of his time in California.
But real, hard-working people in Western Montana are waking up this week, pouring their morning coffee, and pulling out the morning paper and seeing this:
As one of our top supporters, we wanted to make sure you were among the first to know that the ads supporters helped fund have been seen by important swing voters that will ultimately be deciding this election.
We were so excited about the response from folks like you when we announced that we’d be running these ads — so thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support.
Together, we are building a campaign that is not only exposing just how corrupt Ryan Zinke is — and how dangerous he would be for Montana if he returned to Washington. But we’re also running a campaign that focuses on real issues facing our communities.
We’re never going to get back the safe, stable lives Montana used to provide unless we have open and honest conversations about how out-of-state billionaires have stolen our Montana way of life. Things aren’t the way they used to be, and we have the greedy elite class — which includes Ryan Zinke — to thank.
Placing these newspaper ads is adding to these open and honest conversations, but if we can get 25 more donations by midnight tonight, we will be able to ramp up our voter contact efforts even more as we head into the heat of election season.
