Thank you all for your generous support ahead of the first 2022 quarterly FEC filing. I’m so grateful for your continued partnership in advocating for the children and families of our commonwealth. Now that we are in April, we are in our “Get Out The Vote” phase. Your donations make it possible for me to connect with voters all over the district this month, so thank you.
But before we dive in to “Get Out The Vote,” I want to take a moment to acknowledge that April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. My team and I take this issue very seriously, and stand in solidarity with all assault survivors and their loved ones. That’s why I’m taking the It’s On Us Pledge — will you join me?
It’s On Us is a Pennsylvania Campaign to:
- Recognize that non-consensual sex is sexual assault
- Identify situations in which sexual assault may occur
- Intervene in situations where consent has not or cannot be given
- Create an environment in which sexual assault is unacceptable and survivors are supported
Take the It’s On Us Pledge here!

If you or someone you know have experienced sexual assault, please reach out for help here. No one should experience sexual assault, and every survivor should have access to the resources they need to be safe and heal.
We have accomplished so much in regards to supporting survivors — from federal legislation to the #MeToo movement. But we clearly have a long way to go.
Sincerely,
Mary Gay
