DACA Update: It's Time For Congress to Make a Deal - Early reports speculate that the Supreme Court will likely rule that either President Obama did not have constitutional authority to create DACA, or that President Trump had the authority to rescind it. The pressure is back on for lawmakers to pass a legislative solution that the overwhelming majority of their American constituents support.

Reflecting on Memories of the Bonfire - Twenty years later, we remember and celebrate the lives of the 12 fallen Aggies. They are ingrained in the Aggie spirit forever. For the spirit that can ne’er be told is still “alive and thriving” and can be seen by the thousands of Aggies who continue to gather each year on Nov. 18 at 2:42 a.m. around the Bonfire Memorial, one of America’s most symbolic memorials.

It's past time that illegal immigrants and the people who employ them pay their fair share. The United States needs a system where the undocumented would be issued tamper-proof IDs, taxed at a rate equal to or higher than American citizens, and required to work for employers who deduct and match taxes.
