Connecticut Republican State Party Chairman Ben Proto releases a statement congratulating Deputy House Republican Leader Laura Devlin on her decision to join Bob Stefanowski and seek the office Lieutenant Governor:


"Laura Devlin is an fantastic candidate for Lieutenant Governor. She has been and continues to be an outstanding leader in Connecticut. Since her first days serving Fairfield's local government through her time as a State Representative, her tenacity, her ability to inform and energize the public was an overwhelming factor to keep tolls off our roads and to hold the Governor Lamont accountable and to ensure the voices of working men and women are heard in Hartford.
