Judicial Watch just announced a major victory for cleaner elections!
We settled our federal lawsuit against North Carolina after the state
removed over 430,000 ineligible names from its voter rolls!

Dear Judicial Watch Member,

I’ll be short and direct….

If you will give Judicial Watch your support today

can have an
even greater impact.

Because with your help today, I promise to continue to fight hard on
issues you care most about like the following:

* Our ongoing FOIA document requests and litigation to expose the
use of taxpayer dollars to promote the indoctrination of public school
students with the Marxist, racist teachings of Critical Race Theory.
* Our civil rights lawsuits on behalf of three public school
teachers who were fired solely because they dared to express
opposition to Critical Race Theory and other woke programs in their
schools and school districts.
* Our highly successful mission to keep elections honest and help
reduce the incidence of voter fraud by compelling states to comply
with federal law to take reasonable steps to keep their voting rolls
accurate. We are currently suing Colorado and Pennsylvania following
successful lawsuits in several other states, including our recent
settlement with North Carolina in which a Judicial Watch lawsuit
caused that state to remove over 430,000 ineligible names from its
voter rolls…and more lawsuits are coming!

As far as I’m concerned, we can’t ever do enough to fight for the
rule of law and honest and open government. When it comes to using the
courts to support the rule of law and government transparency,
Judicial Watch is still the “only game in town.”

But we weigh carefully each of our investigations and lawsuits against
our actual resources, because we take our budget realities very
seriously.

And since we are routinely opposed by taxpayer-funded lawyers and
bureaucrats in the Deep State “permanent government” who fight
against us and for government secrecy with bottomless resources it’s
essential that we’re always prepared.

That’s why your support is so important

knowing that we are strong financially makes it easier for us to
commit to aggressive legal and investigative agendas.

Personally, I can’t think of a time in our twenty-eight-year history
that a strong Judicial Watch has been more important to our nation.
That’s why I hope you will make a contribution and join with us
today.

Sincerely,

President
