This week, I'll be sitting down with my team to go over our priorities and strategy for the most important months of our U.S. Senate campaign in Wisconsin. Before we do, it’s important to me that I get your feedback. Would you mind taking a few minutes right now to complete my brief survey?
As you know, I’m focused on setting a campaign agenda that’s tailored to our state. That's why I’ve been out on the road so much, listening to folks from all over Wisconsin, having important conversations about what’s going on in their communities, and asking how I can help. Over the past few days alone, I’ve knocked on doors in Eau Claire, Waukesha, Green Bay, La Crosse, Oshkosh, and more to hear directly from voters. We talked about the issues folks are most concerned about right now — everything from rising gas prices to the lack of affordable childcare to the skyrocketing cost of prescription drugs. Too many people are stretching their pocketbooks just to try to make ends meet. Instead of working to lower costs for families, Ron Johnson is more interested in lining his own pockets and the pockets of his wealthy donors. That’s why I decided to get in this race, and it’s why I’m putting in the work to make sure our campaign priorities are shaped by yours. I like to send out these short surveys to ensure every person on this team has the opportunity to share their thoughts and suggestions with me. The more responses I receive from supporters like you, the more insight our campaign has from the ground about how we can get this Senate seat working for the people of Wisconsin again. So, will you take a minute (two, tops!) to let me know what issues matter most to you right now? Your input will directly shape our campaign priorities in one of the most competitive Senate races in the country. I hope you'll take the time to answer a few quick questions. My mom always said we had two ears and one mouth for a reason: to do more listening and less talking. These surveys are my way of making sure I’m listening to all of you and fighting for the issues that are impacting you and your communities. I appreciate you taking the time to share your response with me today. It means a lot. — Sarah Godlewski P.S.
